Ive been thinking that everyone like the zoo, well most people. My idea was to conjure up a rare animal and film the expressions of the people who see it. Two cameras would have to be set up, one on the rare animal and the other at head height to capture the expressions of the visitors. Im still trying to figure out what animal, lets say a giant squid was captured and put on display. That would create some wild facial expressions. The target audience would be more for the younger generation. The lighting would be natural sunlight. Let me know what you think.
I like this idea as a nonnarrative film. It may be an interesting exploration of facial expressions. You could even set up cameras at different kinds of attractions and perhaps never show what people are looking at. Try to capture lots of different emotions - amazement, disgust, sadness, boredom,etc...
